Steps for Document Registration

  • 1. Signup in ePanjiyan portal using Mobile number and obtain CRN(Citizen Reference Number) No.
  • 2. After login, enter property, party, payment details and prepare deed. Upload the relevant documents.
  • 3. Book timeslot in the sub registrar office.
  • 4. Go to the allocated sub registrar office on the allotted date and time.
  • 5. Show all the original documents to sub registrar.
  • 6. Sub registrar will accept the document.
  • 7. After checking the document, if required modifications are done by SR officials.
  • 8. Sub registrar then register and Sign the document. An SMS will also be sent to presenter for document delivery.
  • 9. Finally, the document is delivered to the party.

Document presenters may register mobile number by visiting personally at sub registrar office if the same is not registered for viewing already registered documents at https://epanjiyan.rajasthan.gov.in.

पंजीयक शुल्क एवं स्टाम्प ड्यूटी का भुगतान ई-ग्रास चालान (https://egras.rajasthan.gov.in) के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन (नेट बैंकिंग/डेबिट कार्ड/क्रेडिट कार्ड) एवं ऑफलाइन (सम्बंधित बैंक जाकर) जमा) कराने की सुविधा उपलब्ध है |
